July 2011 - Narra Tower was launched. Narra is the third tower to rise on this exclusive garden community in the heart of Paco Manila. Narra unit features 34.8 sq.m. to 35.2 sq.m. Also, decorated model unit are now available for viewing at Harrision Plaza.
June 2011 – Ground floor units at Maple Tower are now available for sale. There are 15 residential units in the ground floor. Call me if you are interested.
May 2011 - There is a price increase for Molave Tower effective May 1, 2011. Congratulations to buyers who reserved their unit before this increase.
I visited the construction site in May 2011. Molave Tower is now being painted; the combination of green and terracotta is soothing to the eyes. There are still construction works being done inside the building.

March 2011 – There is a price increase for Maple Tower effective March 1, 2011. Congratulations to buyers who reserved their unit before this increase. To maintain the sales momentum of Maple Tower, the 3% promotion discount on Maple Tower was extended until March.
February 2011 – Promotion discounts as much as 5% on unit price of Mahogany and Maple for the first 20 buyers in 2011 or until February 28, 2011, whichever comes first. Please see the Promotion Page.
These are actual construction photos of Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes. The left photo shows Molave Tower, the first tower at this well-planned community. As you can see the building is already completed but internal works are still underway. Currently, there are still few remaining units in the Molave Tower. November 2010 - Peninsula Garden Midtwon Homes had two events to celebrate – a topping-off ceremony for Molave Tower and sales announcement for Maple Tower, the third tower.
August 2010 – The Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes’ Mahogany Tower, the 2nd tower to rise in this well-planned community, was launched with a sales announcement activity.
April 2010 - Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes held Molave Tower’s concrete pouring ceremony and showroom blessing at the project site.
